Protect the Environment
Every time we head out on another challenge, we interact with the environment. So in addition to treading lightly in whatever way we can, we are committed to lightening our carbon footprint by incorporating tree planting with every event entry. With our partnership with Trees Not Tees, we can offer a tree planting instead of a medal or if you prefer, a tree planting in addition to a medal.
The power of community
It’s always nice to get some bling at the end of a challenge, but we realise the main reason people participate is to connect with others who share the same interests. So at Champ Virtual Events, we believe in establishing a community where participants can connect with each other both during the event and beyond. Our virtual platform enables participant interaction and our social media channels encourage mutual support.
Fitness access for all
Virtual challenges mean you can compete when you want and in the safety of your own local area. We believe this means access to fitness opportunities can be opened up to a broader range of participants. Our cumulative challenges mean participants can complete distances in manageable amounts that fit their own lifestyle. Champ Virtual Events is committed to inclusive policies and maintaining access to challenges regardless of age, ability or experience.
Give back
We acknowledge that we are lucky to have the ability to participate in sporting challenges and should strive to give back to community charities as recognition of this. Champ Virtual Events is committed to offering 10% of profits to charity. In addition, we encourage participants to set up their own fundraising pages for their challenges as their efforts may inspire others to give as well.
