Joining Instructions

1-2 Month Challenges

Please wait for your virtual platform activation email

The event live maps and leaderboard will be hosted on our virtual challenge platform EveryChallenge. Please wait for the confirmation email from EveryChallenge, which can take up to 24 hours to arrive. The confirmation will contain the EveryChallenge account verification instructions. Please check your spam or promotions folder for the email over the next day.

Then activate your account on EveryChallenge
The link to join will be included in the confirmation email from EveryChallenge. You’ll be able to either manually enter your time/distance or connect your favourite app, such as Strava, Fitbit or Garmin.

5K & 10K Challenges

You can run/walk the distance as many times as you like and send us your best time.

Then submit your proof by emailing it to results@champvirtual.com
Proof can include a screen shot from your fitness app, a photo of your GPS watch (fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch etc). Please attach the proof to your email and include your name and the event you are registered for.
